Privacy notice.
Effective 5 August 2026. This notice covers the public Fuel_Oil website at kmvcg.de and the controlled pilot request form.
What we store
If you request a pilot, we store the name, company, business email, optional role, use case, consent record and basic campaign/referrer fields you submit. The record is stored in the protected Fuel_Oil runtime for administrator review.
No automated email
The public request workflow sends no automated outbound email and uses no SMTP notification. Submitting the form does not create an account; access remains invite-only.
Optional analytics
Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics load only after you choose “Allow analytics”. You can reject analytics and continue using the public website and pilot form. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.
Anti-bot protection
Cloudflare Turnstile protects authentication and the pilot request form. It is a required security function rather than optional audience analytics.
Retention and requests
Pilot request details are retained only for access review and pilot planning. To ask for correction or deletion, use the business contact channel through which Fuel_Oil or KMVSG was introduced to you.
